Did you know that Sam's Club offers free preventive health screenings? Every month, their professional staff will administer various free health screenings at participating club locations. This month is dedicated to Children's health (8/9) and next month is dedicated to Diabetes Awareness. Check out their website for participating locations and time of screening. Membership not required. Screening types and quantities may vary by state and club. Limited quantities available.
